The additive nanoscale flame-retardant masterbatch without precipitation. It has good processing liquidity and excellent heat stability and light stability, and can reach excellent flame-retardant effect without antimonous oxide and directly inject products after mixing with PP and PE plastic. Because of nanoscale fineness, it overcomes the defects of high density and large addition cost, seriously deteriorated physical properties, poor compatibility with resin, easy precipitation, frosting and whitening due to large additive amount of conventional fire retardant, and is the first choice of flame-retardant products in the market. In full compliance with EU environmental protection standard RoHS, the product doesn’t contain PBB or PBDE.

Features:
1. Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight;
2. The processing performance: it has excellent processing performance, has good compatibility with PE/PP matrix, and the ordinary equipments can be used, without changing of the processing technology, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle.
3. An ideal additive: non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size.4. Printing performance: good printing performance.
Processing Guide:
1. This product will be directly mixed with the plastic raw materials uniformly, which will be used to carry out processing without baking the raw materials;
2. Adding amount is within 1% - 8%, 3% is the generally recommended dosage, which is adjustable according to moisture content of the raw materials.
3. Since the it have a good plasticizing performance and mobile performance, processing temperature can be reduced by 5 % -10 %.
4. The following three steps will be passed when processing: [batching] - [pre-mixing] - [forming]
5. Batching: in accordance with the requirements of plastic parts, choose the batching ratio.
6. Pre-mixing: adding the weighed materials and suitable amount of colorants or master-batch into the mixer, to carry out the simple pre-mixing.
7. Forming: loading the well pre-mixed materials into the plastic jetting-molding machine or the hopper of the extruder, execute injection molding or extrusion.
Packaging Store:
1. The external packing uses the complex packaging bags, and the internal packing uses the plastic packaging bags;
2. Net weight of per bag: Recycle material package in 5kgs vacuum bags;(25kg per bag)
3. The product should be stored in clean, ventilated, dry, and cool place;
4. Handling carefully, to avoid packaging damaged, to keep out of sun exposure and rain;
5. If the packaging has been damaged or the master-batch has been exposed to moisture, the simple dry treatment can be carried out on the related products, or the plastic dehydration master-batch of our company may be used to solve this problem.(The above data is only reference value, with the constant renewal of products, the technical parameters may change)
Notes:
1. This product should be keep out of moisture damp before using;
2. The well mixed masterbatch raw materials and plastic must be used up within 10 hours, otherwise, the dehydration master-batch may lose efficiency because of absorbing the moisture in the air, and it is likely to cause the phenomenon of plugging the filter.
3. As for raw materials with large contents of water, the increase of amount is not recommended, because it may reduce the mechanical properties of the products, we recommend appropriate dry treatment;
4. It is no allowed to carry out dry treatment to the raw materials together with the plastic dehydration master- batch;
5. Before using, check packaging to make sure it is intact or not, unused plastic dehydration master-batch should be heat sealed as soon as possible.
